Microsoft announces new Portable Charge DC 21
Microsoft has just announced a new portable charger for smartphones, the DC 21. The portable charger comes with 6000mAh rechargeable battery, which charges to 80 percent capacity in about three hours, and 100 percent in about four hours. This means the charger should be able to charge atleast 2 smartphones since most of the phones have battery capacity of around 2000-2500mAh.

To charge your smartphone, plug in any USB-A charging cable. It comes with universally compatible USB interface, so it’ll more than likely charge your other devices, too. If you’ve got concerns about the need to keep charging the Microsoft Portable Power, you dont have to worry because of the device’s low standby battery consumption, it keeps a full charge for months. Even after six months, the Microsoft Portable Power will have 80 percent of power.
Priced at 39€ / $49 USD, the Microsoft Portable Power will be available in white, bright green and bright orange, and will be hitting the stores in October.
If you are already using a Lumia smartphone, the colorful chargers should be a great addition.
