Microsoft Announces Nokia 230; Supports Internet & Houses a Camera with Flash
Still remember the good old days of Nokia where they used to announce at least 2 feature phones at MWC. After the acquisition Microsoft planned to use the Nokia in feature phones, and so today we have the Nokia 230 / Nokia 230 Dual SIM. Two premium quality phones which are internet enabled and Flash Enabled Camera.
While the design still speaks the Nokia language, and feature an aluminium back cover–available in silver or dark silver, it is built to empower consumers who cannot spend a lot of money for internet, still want it and want their phone to stay long. Powered by Nokia’s Series 30+, the phone allows to instantly take picture and share it over Facebook, Twitter and other social network.
The Nokia 230 and Nokia 230 Dual SIM cost $55 USD before local taxes and subsidies and will be available around the world with sales starting in December in India, Asia, and the Middle East. Other markets will follow in 2016.
