Microsoft Edge Keyboard Shortcuts on Windows 10

Many Windows Power users love to use more keyboard shortcuts than using the mouse to get things done faster. Now that Edge is based out of Chromium, supports Chrome extension if you are using it, then here is the list of Microsoft Edge Keyboard Shortcuts on Windows 10.

Backspace Keyboard Shortcut

Microsoft Edge has removed the backspace feature, which was used to go back to the previous page. It doesn’t work on Chrome as well.  If you want to enable backspace on the Edge browser, you can install this Go Back With Backspace extension. After installing when you hit backspace, it will go back to the previous page. It works on the Chrome browser, as well.

Backspace was intentionally removed, and replaced by ALT + Left arrow key. It made sure that people dont hit the backspace key, especially during form submission, which also occurs during any transaction process. If you hit backspace during an ongoing transaction, you can be charged twice.
