Microsoft Releases Movie Creator Beta for Windows Phone and Windows 8.1
Video Editing tools are one thing which is missing on the platform and to address this Microsoft had released a movie editing tool called Movie Moments for Windows Phone 8.1 early this year. Now, the company has announced a brand new movie editing tool called Movie Creator. The new app is more powerful that the previously released ones and also comes with better interface.
You can add videos into the app, add text, select themes and create new movies with ease.

You can include multiple types of files including videos, photos, music, cinemagraphs and location data and final output is in MP4 format. You can re-edit your creations at any time using the app. The tools included allow you to rearrange clips, apply filters to your clips, adjust trim & duration of clips, rotate/flip/mirror clips, pan & zoom clips, add text titles & credits and adjust volume. You can also change movie themes and music anytime and even get more themes from the in-app Theme Store.

Under the advanced settings, users can select the quality of photos and videos and also adjust the outputs frames per second. Movie Creator is available on Windows Phone 8.1 and also Windows 8.1 and is supported on all devices including phones with 512MB RAM. The download size of the app is around 165MB, so you need Wi-Fi connection to download and install it.
