Microsoft releases Video Tuner to edit videos on Windows Phone 8.1
With the release of Windows Phone 8.1, Microsoft had added tons of new features including the new action center and also Cortana. Now to make the platform even better, Microsoft has now released a video editing tool called Video Tuner and is available for Windows Phone 8.1 phones. The app brings in quite a lot of video editing tools to the platform and is based on of the latest Imaging SDK 1.2.
The app allows users to trim, crop, rotate, flip, mirror, and change the speed of the video using the tools.

The changes happen in real time so you can see the changes while the video is still playing. You can also add background music to the video making it even better. The app also allows you to add filters to the videos and then directly post the videos on Vine or Instagram from the interface.

- Adjust the exposure, contrast, saturation and color

Overall, Microsoft has done an excellent job with the editor. The app is available free of cost for Windows Phone 8.1 Lumia phones.
