Continuum Dock Expected to be Bundled with Lumia 950 / 950 XL Sales Package in India

Microsoft is launching the Lumia 950 and Lumia 950XL on Monday, Nov 30th, and here is a good news for those who are planning to buy it. There is a bright chance that the sales package will include the Continuum dock with it.

This hint comes form two places:

  1. Microsoft has already shared that at the event, you will be able to buy a Lumia 950 or Lumia 950 XL and the sales package will include the Continuum dock with it.
  2. Our Good friend Aleem shared with us that he has pre-booked the Lumia 950XL with a Microsoft Store, and they had promised that he will get the Continuum i.e. Microsoft Display Dock free with his pre-order.

It is also expect that the price of Lumia 950 will be around Rs 42,000, while the Lumia 950 XL pricing might get as high as Rs 48,000. Mind it these are premium phones, for premiums consumers and with display dock ($99 in US) bundled with it, looks like decent offer. Also, I am sure this is only going to be limited period i.e. till stock last offers and might be for those who go for a pre-order after the announcment.

Microsoft is featuring Continuum Dock everywhere. The idea that a Phone can be turned into PC is going to become part of the DNA of Microsoft Mobile Strategy, and hopefully the company will bring the feature to future generation devices
