MixRadio India Working to Bring Back Vouchers and Song Download

MixRadio, the awesome music streaming service has now a presence in India. While this is more of a country level extension, what is interesting is that now they are working on brining back the vouchers used to renew the subscription and Song Download. These are two things that used to drive the service, when it was under the brand name of Nokia Music.

Earlier, users were able to recharge their Music subscription using Oxicash, but after the service unplugged from Nokia, it was completely dropped. India has never been a successful model for high quality music subscription like in US and UK, the lower quality and have the feel of owning the song, after download worked great.

After Windows Phone 8.1 rolled out SD card support, users will be able to move MixRadio to SD and will never run out of space. Prior to this feature, many wanted to keep the offline mixes in place, but could never as most of the Windows Phone came with limited Internal storage.
