Motocross Madness : Most Engaging Two Wheeled Experience
If you been a big fan of playing Bike racing game on Xbox, Motocross Madness will take you to a different level. There are two reasons I can put on — First, It’s very engaging and keeps you kicking till you complete the tracks. Second — You just have to shell out 800 MS Points (10$ Approx).

Game Modes:
There are two game modes — Career and Multiplayer. The track for both of these modes had been laid their tracks over three graphically stunning scenery from Egypt, Australia and Iceland. When you play around these tracks you will actually realize that the area around the tracks are either ruins or excavation.
Carrier Mode :
This mode not only packs in lot of fun but helps you prepare your groundwork for multiplayer mode. Here you will find 4 sub modes — Race, Rivals, Exploration & Trick Session. On ever level you will make money, earn coins, unlock achievements and find paths to win. Each of these levels again have 9 more levels, 3 each of Egypt, Australia and Iceland.
Multiplayer:
Multiplayer mode lets you either play with a second player sitting right next to you or choose Xbox Live to compete with real-life friends or even strangers. Good part is that you will find a lot of people playing this game now with almost zero waiting time. It uses the same maps as in Carrier mode. Total of 8 players can compete in Multiplayer Online Mode.

Completing each of these levels aren’t tough but they aren’t very easy too. You will have to keep upgrading your bike to win the next race which means unless you are winning you cannot progress. I played with low-grade bike couple of times and even though I was ahead in first two lap, things go different in last lap.
Gameplay:
Its super exciting and its the most comfortable biking game I have played till date. My personal reason is the rules of physics aren’t very tightly bound that will make you fall off the bike when you bend except at extreme conditions.
When playing the game the bike is very much in control and all you need it take care is that it hits back to the ground correctly when you are bout to finish your jump.
There are total of 9 Tracks like I said above and the best part of it that it has multiple paths to get there. As an example you might also run along the beaches to get back to main track if you fall way off after the jump. All you need to take care is you either don’t get into a big hole or deep water.
Trick Mode:
I know that I mentioned there were only two but there is a third mode which forms the essence of the complete game. Tricks!! These are stunts which you do either when you are driving or when you are in the air. These stunts give you boost which gives you an edge over competitors. SO apart from gathering boost which come in the tracks along with coins, these are best way to grab boots and win.
As a matter of fact if you are good at Tricks, you have to just worry about collecting coins and forget about collecting powers. Below is a video of tricks I performed over racing:
Graphics and Sound:
If you had always imagined how it would be being around Pyramids, this game is going to make you feel, specially in the excavation mode. The graphics are stunning, the sound of bikes can make you feel you are very close to it and engagement will make sure you are going to play it again and again.
Three different types of track makes you feel you have played almost in every environment. Sands of Egypt, Snow of Iceland and warm weather of Australia will be right in your TV.

Some of the sound effects I really loved 1) When you jump very high, you can hear the sound of eagle. 2) When running on shores you can feel the water because it’s very close to what bikes make when running over it 3) When you land after a long jump, the feedback what comes back to you via the controller is so realistic that would put a lot of pressure in controlling the bike.
Value for Money:
There is so many things packed in this game that I really don’t have words to express everything. It’s a real value for money and I feel that if this game would have come out in a DVD version, it would have been worth even then. Even though you might find very sharp graphics here and looks more of cartoon story graphics, the game is really worth with so many tracks and multiplayer experience.
