mPassport Seva App for Windows Phone

Passport Seva Project, being executed by Consular, Passport and Visa (CPV) division of the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Government of India had released their Android app for checking Passport application status and other details few months back. Now MEA and CPV has released the same app for Windows Phone users. The app aims at providing all the Passport-related services to the Indian Citizens in a speedy, convenient and transparent manner.

As of now you can get general information on Passports, how to register, application details and other formalities. You can also locate the centres and fees required for the process. In case you have already applied, you can check the status of the application.

Presently there is no option to apply for new passport using the app, but MEA has already confirmed that this feature will be rolled out soon for all mobile services and once this is rolled out Windows Phone users will also be apply for passport from their phones.

The app has a similar interface like the Android application.
