Mugen Power Working on Batteries for Lumia 920 and HTC 8X

Mugen Power is the worldwide leading brand of high performance batteries for portable electronic devices. Mugen have extendable batteries for most of the smartphones with higher capacity. WP Central is reporting that the company is now planning to released a jacket battery for Nokia Lumia 920 and HTC 8X followed by Lumia 820. This was confirmed by Mugen on their Italian Facebook page.

For devices with non removable batteries like the Lumia 920 and 8X, Mugen is planning for case or jackets.

Battery

Although the jacket or case type of batteries will obviously increase the weight of the device (Lumia 920 is already on heavier side), it should be able to get you with more power while on the move.

Since Lumia 820 features removable battery, Mugen is planning a normal replacement battery with extra backup. There is no mention on when these will be available for purchase.
