Popular Speed Test App nPerf is Available for Windows 10 Mobile / Windows Phone Devices

The total bandwidth is just over 6 MB when you perform the tests compete, which IMO is decent enough, and results are pretty accurate compared to other speed testing apps. The app is free to use and comes with a yearly $1.99 purchase to get rid of the apps.
