Next Major Update to Xbox One to bring Mouse Support

Long awaited, Mouse Support for Xbox One will bring a full support for the mouse on Xbox and should be available to Insiders pretty soon.

It was only 2 days ago, Microsoft rolled out the new Fall Xbox Update which has revamped the Dashboard, its crazy fast with its fluent design, and 1080P DVR recording, and many more features.  Jez @Windows Central reports that this feature is now available for his console, and the mouse settings sit under Devices section right along with Kinect, and Controller.

Like you can see in the screenshot, it only lets you change the pointer speed, and you can use it just for using the dashboard. It will take a while for a full support.

There are many gamers who are expecting Microsoft to open up the keyboard and mouse gaming on a console, especially who make a switch between PC to Xbox. It will also help make it easy for consumers to actually to use apps, especially the browser much more conveniently. The possibilities are immense actually.

He also notes that games like Halo Wars 2 do work better with Keyboard and Mouse support, and can deliver higher actions-per-minute levels than those using a controller.
