Nokia 8 Pricing Leaked Ahead of Launch; Priced at Rs 36,999

HMD is all set to launch Nokia 8 today in India following its global announcement that wasn’t long back.  We expected a leak at Amazon, as Nokia been selling their devices on Amazon, it finally happened.

The pricing was revealed in a search made by an enthusiast which revealed the pricing to be Rs 36,999.  Since this is not official, and there might be last-minute change, but it’s not going to be by a huge margin.

That said, IMO, the pricing is on the higher side. Considering One Plus 5 selling at approx 32,000 and Honor 8 Pro at Rs 30,000, Nokia 8 is going to face a huge competition. Not only the camera app but the overall experience of both Honor 8 Pro and One Plus 5 is fantastic compared to the stock version of Android 7.1 which is powering Nokia 8.
Not to forget that HMD is ye to showcase its power of its Nokia 8, and looking at the Global Feedback, the camera is still in beta, and we still have our doubts about Nokia 8 doing well for the camera compared to the competition. We will keep you posted on this.
