Nokia announces new Wireless Charger and Wireless Charging Flip Cases for Lumia 730 and Lumia 830

Along with the Lumia 830 and Lumia 730 which were announced at IFA 2014 in Berlin, Microsoft has also announced new accessories for these device. The new accessories announced includes wireless charging plates and flip cases for Lumia 730 and Lumia 830. Nokia already had the wireless charging plate since Lumia 920, but they got better with the new DT 903, the second generation Nokia Wireless Charger not only looks amazing, it knows when your Lumia is running out of juice.

This charger is Qi compatible and BT LE supported. It glows when you place the device on top of it. A blinking light is also emitted when you’ve received a missed call, SMS or email on your Lumia. This accessory will be available next month and comes in white, bright orange and bright green, priced at $59 USD / 59€.

Smart Wireless Charger with Glow Lights

Along with DT 903, Nokia has also announced a portable wireless charger, the DT 601. It is the smaller wireless charger till date from Nokia. It can plug into any USB port for power and all you need to do is place your Lumia on top to initiate the charge. It comes with plenty of color options to choose from, such as black, white, yellow, cyan, red and now orange.

With an RRP of $39 USD / 29€, the Nokia Wireless Charging Plate in orange is available starting this month.

The Lumia 730 does not come with Wireless charging, but you can do it with the new Wireless Charging Shell CC-3086. All you need to do is to slip the Lumia 730 into the case and it will charge wirelessly. Color options are dark grey, bright green and bright orange and cost 14,90€

Although Lumia 830 comes with built-in wireless charging option, you can also use the Wireless Charging Flip Shell CP-627 which gives added protection for the device. The CP-627 clips to the back of your smartphone and enables wireless charging. The soft microfiber lining of the flip protects your screen and keeps the screen clean.

Priced at 24,90€, color choices include either dark grey, bright orange, or bright green – available next month.
