Nokia Asha Update (1.4) Rolling out with One Drive, Mix Radio & Camera Enhancements
As announced at MWC 2014 at Barcelona, Nokia has started rolling out its second major update for the Nokia Asha series that applies to Asha 500, 501, 502 and 503. The update rolls our Camera Enhancements, One Drive Integration, Nokia Mix Radio, Parental control and improved Fastlane experience.

The reason its a major update is because two new features are being rolled out–One Drive which makes it easy to upload and share pictures and second the Mix Radio gets music experience better compared to the default music player. To check if you have an update, go to Settings > Phone Update > Check for Update. There is a 7 MB download waiting to refresh your phone.
Video Demo:
One Drive Integration: Now it is possible to take a picture right from your lock screen (swipe up) and then immediately share it to One Drive. You can also share it from your camera roll when you select the sharing button. This will need you to configure One Drive by either signing in or sign-up if that’s the first time. You get a 7 GB storage free with this.

Camera: Camera has two new modes. One which allows you to take selfless with voice direction, first introduced in XYZ, and second you can take a panorama. That’s on taking still pictures. Nokia Asha software also has Software enabled Anti-Video Shake feature that nobody told you about.

Parental Control: Parents who don’t give their phone to their kids but have to all the time, can now make use of pin-based security. This lets them lock down the browser and store access for the kids.

Improved Fastlane: Very minor but important for those who depend on it. Fastlane now shows retweets, likes and birthdays from Facebook.
