Nokia Camera App Rebranded as Lumia Camera

The Nokia camera app debuted with the launch of Lumia 1020 mid last year. It was considered one of the best camera apps on a smartphone with unique mechanism to control the photo setttings. Few days back, the Nokia camera app has been removed from the store, but it seems like it has been rebranded as Lumia Camera.

Microsoft has acquired Nokia last year and now it seems like a rebranding is happening as the name Nokia will be only for feature phones and all the apps and Windows Phones will be under the Lumia brand. The rebranded Lumia Camera is now available in the store.

The new app does not have any added features, but is compatible only with phones having the Denim update which includes Lumia 730 and Lumia 830. For the rest of the users, you can download the Lumia Camera Classic which is the beta version of Nokia Camera.
