Nokia Lumia 720- Hands On Video and Photos
Along with Lumia 520, Nokia also announced another mid range Windows Phone 8 device, the Nokia Lumia 720. Lumia 720 is a sleek and stylish Windows Phone 8 smartphone with a 4.3 inch ClearBlack WVGA LCD, 2.25 D Glass, Super Sensitive Touch screen. It runs on 1Ghz dual core processor with 512MB RAM. One of the main features is the camera, which has an incredible f/1.9 aperture – that’s bigger than almost any high-end smartphone out there.
Apart from these, it also comes with a 8 GB + microSD Card Slot and other features like NFC, Wireless charging etc.

Similar to Lumia 520, the 720 also features excellent build quality and fit and finish, which is now evident in almost all WP8 devices. Even though 720 is just a mid range phone, it has the build quality of a high end phone. 720 also follow the same design patterns as the Lumia 520. They are tapering at the end which is like HTC 8X but smoother. The phones have great grip and much better than 620 and even the 610 and 510 Lumia phones.

The screen isn’t great, but feels ok for the price. Although it does not matches up with the screen of Lumia 820, the clear black display looks good.

Unlike Lumia 820, you do not have to take off the battery to remove sim and the SD cards. They are on the side of the battery instead of being in the inner side. Lumia 720 has this inkish clear display which makes the display even better in sunlight. Along with this there is also super sensitive touch display which allows you to use the phone with gloves on.

One thing is for sure, Nokia has done a great job upgrading the Lumia 710(first generation phones) to the latest Lumia 720. Here is a quick hands on video of Lumia 720.
