Nokia MixRadio Updated; Reorgnaizes Mixes, Improves Favorites and Downloads

Its time to hit the Stores and Grab the update for Nokia Mix Radio before you start playing it. Nokia Mix Radio has been updated to bring more of navigational and other small improvements in its latest update where major feedback came from us, the users of the app from several networks.

Nokia Mix Discovery is better now with pivot implemented for Featured, Genres and Categories which helps you less scroll, more swipe and discover better. Also using the favorites, it will be quicker and easier to let you discover new mixes which match with your existing ones. So if you aren’t adding artists to favorites, you should now do it more often.

Apart from this there are two small changes involved which will put on a bit of impact. The Mix Radio favorites now have the alphabetical grid which lets you quickly reach your artists instead of scrolling and the download section now lets you see how many are downloading in settings and you can press any of the downloading mixes to see the only downloading ones. Long press and you can cancel one and all.

Overall its a nice update, specially making the Mixes thing more usable and searchable but in India we still wait to see the New Songs and Latest releases section to show up. I hope something is being done on that section.
