Official Acast Universal App Now Available for Windows 10
Acast has launched a new Universal app for Windows 10. Being available for iOS and Android for quite some time now, Acast launched their Universal app for Windows. For those who are not familiar with the name, Acast is an online platform that helps you keep track of and enjoy your favorite podcasts and audio shows. Whether you’re into sports, news, comedy, business, education, or even culture, there’s something offered for everyone.

Acast is home to the most engaging and fascinating stories told in audio on sports, news, comedy, business, culture, education, and many more. Follow and stream your favorite podcasts such as Serial, WTF with Marc Maron, Call Your Girlfriend, The Naked Scientists, or download episodes for on-the-go listening. Acast features podcasts from media houses like The Financial Times, BuzzFeed, BBC, The Economist, The Guardian, NPR, WNYC, This American Life, and Fusion, to name a few.

The Search page lets you find your favorite shows, hosts, or episodes. Follow their channels and stream the new episodes they post from your Feed. Save episodes for offline listening or continue where you left off last time.
You can download the app from the Windows Store today. It is available for both PC and Mobile. However, the paid content isn’t currently supported on the Windows 10 app. Nonetheless, you will still be able to enjoy free shows till the app gets support for Acast+.
