Official BBC iPlayer Radio app comes to Windows Phone

Last year BBC iPlayer made an entry into the Windows Phone store and now the official BBC iPlayer Radio app has come to WP8. This is available only to UK users and they can listen to their favorite radio stations on their phone using the app. You can listen live or catch up on the past seven days with the BBC iPlayer Radio app. BBC Radio stations come with hundreds of on-demand programs and this should be handy app for users from UK.

Features of the BBC iPlayer radio App:

• Enjoy great audio quality over Wi-Fi, 4G and 3G.

The interface of the app is pretty decent although it is not purely Windows Phone 8 UI, but there are many features which are included in the app and connected to the OS. Please note that this app uses data connection to stream radio, so it will be obviously good if you stream via Wi-Fi connection as you might end up paying huge amount for data connection on your phone.

The app is available free of cost for UK users.
