Official File Manager Files for Windows Phone 8.1 Released
Microsoft had already mentioned that the official file manager app for Windows Phone 8.1 is coming soon and also showed some screenshots of it. We expected the file manager, called Files to be available in June. Now, Microsoft has released this official app, and is now available for download for Windows Phone 8.1 users.
Files perform almost all actions you would want from a file manager on phone. You can access the phone storage as well as SD card files from a simple yet beautiful interface.

The app also shows the number of files in each folder when you open it. The app also displays the last modified date for each folder. You can make all the general actions like copy, move, paste, rename and also delete files.
You can also organize the files by creating new folders. There is also an in-built search for locating your files. You can also share files from the app.
