Brilliant!! One Xbox One Gold Member can Extend All The Gold Features to Everybody Else
No matter what we have tried to figure out about the Xbox One Game Sharing features, It’s officially posted by Xbox Live’ Major Nelson and below are the major highlights:
How you can Share Digital Games?
At Home:
- On the console you can share games with each other as before.
- All digital games bought by different users at home are turned into one Digital Library.
- The sharing works at home even when the owner is not signed in.
- All digital games work without being online.
When on Vacation to Cousin’s House:
- Share digital games when you sign in to another console.
- Games bought on other console becomes available to your Home Console and everybody who is using it.
Sharing Xbox Live Gold Features”
We recently got to know that most of the Xbox Gold, which is now termed as Home Gold, features are paid. Good thing is Xbox One Live Features will allow you to even share this with other members in the house without paying anything extra. This is super awesome!!!
Features that can be extended are :
- Multiplayer gaming,
- Game DVR,
- SmartMatch
- and access to entertainment apps and experiences, including The NFL on Xbox, Skype, Internet Explorer:
When you are on the go, these features gets enabled for everybody else on that console once you are signed in. I am sure Microsoft has opened up this as free advertising but great move here.
Baseline : One Xbox Live Gold member or Home Gold user can enable all the paid features with everybody else on the console even if they plan to signup right after you do and even when you are signed out. As long as your ID is on that Xbox, Xbox One is feature enabled.
