The only alternate browser that is good to use on Windows Phone is the UC browser which comes with plethora of features and Opera is getting into that space now. The company is already done with a Windows Phone of their browser and wants you to test and give them feedback to improve it further.

The company has started accepting beta testers for the Opera MINI app and while they have nothing to show except for the Live Tile, I would suggest you all to signup and see what happens next. At least the company will have enough hope for the final version.
