Official Papyrus App for Windows Phone is here

When it comes to note taking, every user has their own way of doing it. While majority of you type in any of the note taking apps like Evernote or even OneNote from Microsoft, those who prefer using stylus or fingers to write things down using your fingers–Papyrus from Steadfast Innovation, LLC–has officially come to Windows Phone.

Papyrus App for WP Features

First Impression:

Overall the app is done neatly and everything seems to be working as advertised. The best part was ability to easily switch between the select, erase and pen mode of which options can be configured right away. The zoom was equally impressive where you can draw or write anything and resize it without compromising the quality of the note.

However it does miss some features available on its Android counterpart like Sync to Dropbox or something similar. Also there is no option to export it as PDF which is easiest way to share over email.

While using it with finger was pretty easy, I would still prefer a stylus if I ever wished to take notes like this. So only if you been using apps like this with stylus, you would love to use it. One still needs to figure out if the app will support generic stylus features like pressure sensing and more.
