phaseAlarm : Windows Phone Alarm to help you find perfect Sleep & Wake up time

Alarms are old age perfect solution to get up at the right time and they have evolved from mechanical to digital and now they reside mostly in our phone. So, even though it has evolved, it has only annoyed us in the morning to get up. So today for Windows Phone users we have something special, an alarm app which helps you find a perfect sleep time or a perfect get up time. This way your mornings are not horrible, sleepiness and tired.

How to use phaseAlarm ?

It has two different modes.

Fall Sleep Now :

So if, you are planning to sleep now, tap on the Sleeping Cloud tile with lots of ZZZZ,  and then choose a wake up time. This gives you choices to wake up at no hurry, and rested. Probably using this on weekends will be most beneficial.

When to Wake up :

This phase where you decide when you want to wake up but its the app which tells you the right time, rather good time, to get up with a lot of peace in mind.  So when you select a wake up time, you get a coupe of proposed wake up time, and all you need is follow it up. You need to tap on time with the traditional alarm clock on it for this mode.

Settings for phaseAlarm :

  1. You can choose how fast you fall asleep. The default time set is 15 minutes, if it takes longer for you, adjust accordingly.
  2. The app shows 7 sleep phases i.e. choices to sleep, and get up. You can change this.
  3. If you are kind of person who always get caught into work when you are about to sleep, the app has reminder settings for your sleep hour. This way you never forget about sleeping.
  4. You can choose between 4 different alarm clock sound or choose a custom one. I will strongly suggest using the default ones because your favourite music will never wake you up. Also if, you choose custom alarm sound, make sure to keep the app running, and then lock your phone.

Suggestions :

There is no help in the app for first time users. So if, you are using it for the first time, you need to visit the official site to learn to make best use of it. I will strongly suggest to the developer to include a tutorial or a link to the help page to its website.
