Windows Phone does not have the official YouTube app from Google, but there are quite a lot of alternatives available, one of them is MetroTube which we had covered on this blog. Tube Pro is yet another freeware app for Windows Phone 8 for watching videos in HQ and HD formats. The app features quite a lot of features including watch later, offline playlist and also the ability to download videos for later playback.

Tube Pro enables you to play YouTube videos in HQ and HD by 3G or WiFi and download videos to your phone.

The app features a metro UI where you can access all the functions. When you open any video, you have the option to watch the video in different resolutions. You can switch to HD as well and also offers the option to download it.

The app also allows you to upload videos to your account after sign in. You can also play videos in background, useful if you want only the audio. The free version has ads, you need to buy paid version to remove them.

Overall the app is pretty good with its features and ability to manage your own videos.
