Pocket Tanks is one of the games which had been played a lot many times on PC. I still remember we playing this during College life, and trying to hack into it to get all weapons. The game has finally made it’s way to Windows Phone and Windows as well.  Those who aren’t aware of the  game, its a one to one artillery game, where you have two tanks taking down each other. You get random missile to hit.

So whats the key? How good you are at aiming the other tank in combination with kind of weapon you use. Not all weapons go straight, some can drill, while other can bounce back and some can bury the opponent in sand.  That said, you can either play against computer or with your friend over a local network. The game works over WIFI.

While the game has 35 weapons for free, you can grab more.  105 brand new weapons (140 total with all free packs),  Jump Jets for moving your tank around,  Bouncy Dirt for creating reflective terrain, Digger for tunneling your tank underground.

Technically speaking, the game already works on Windows, its just a universal version on Windows 8.
