Report : List of New Windows Phone Devices Spotted by Aduplex
AdDuplex yesterday posted a lot of details about the current status of Windows Phone world wide. There are many surprising stats including reports of Lumia 630 on the rise as one of the Top 3 Phone in the US market, while Lumia 930 is actually doing better than expected. It also says that Windows Phone 8.1 is now gaining majority. That said, what we really are interested is about the new devices that are showing up on the stats, with code names of course.

While the Stats say its Microsoft/Nokia mix branding, I am pretty sure we won’t see any more Nokia branded device.
- RM-1069, RM-1070, RM-1071: These one is a 4 inch low end devices with 480×800 screen resolution. They were mostly cited in Asia, which is the biggest market for low end phones. Expected them to have software buttons.
- RM-1072, RM-1075 : This is mid range phone with 5 inch display and 720P. The have been seen mostly in Finland, Europe.
- RM-1078 : The resolution of the phone is 480×854, seen exclusively on Sprint in the US. I expect something similar to Lumia 630 or 535 to show up there.
- RM-1062, RM-1063, RM-1064, RM-1065: We have another phablet coming in with size of 5.7 inch, and looking at the number of times it has popped up, looks like the device si being tested. Windows Phone been missing a flagship device since 1520, and this could be at as MWC 2015. The device has been seen in Finland, US (AT&T) and some Asian countries. However this one sports only a 720p screen.
Summarising, We should see at least 2 low end device, one mid ranged and high end device planned for future releases. I am pretty sure we should them in next 5 months. We have big hopes from the MWC, but we expect Microsoft too soon release a flagship device, though the low end device had been sailing the ship of Windows Phone to very honest. What are your expectations.
