Lumia 640 Spotted on Papers; Expect a MWC Announcement

Looks like more low end are heading to the Windows Phone community. A recently rumoured RM-1109, is actually the Lumia 640 according to the documents obtained by the National Telecommunications Agency (Anatel). What is more interesting is that this is being called as Lumia 640 DTV ( DIGITA TV ?).

The phone should have the Snapdragon 400 Quad Core processor with 1 GB RAM and 8 GB internal storage, keeping in mind that we have enough low end phones in between 5 to 8K range. The device should support 3G network, Bluetooth 4.0 and is coming with AC-20B charger, battery Lithium-T5C BV and WH108 headset.

What adds to the weight of it being announced at MWC is the request for confidentiality of photos Lumia 640 Dual SIM by Microsoft extends until the day March 13, 2015.

MWC 2015 should have at least 2 device announcement. One of which looks like the Lumia 640 and other could be a MID ranger, probably something around 1320 or could be a series of feature phones.
