Rumor : Xiaomi may Launch Windows 10 Variant of Mi 5 at MWC

Xiaomi and Microsoft is already known to be working on Windows 10 version of Mi4, and recently they released Mi Pad 2 which has an option for Windows 10 as well. Now the rumour mill has heated up, claiming that Xiaomi might release Windows 10 Mobile version of Mi5 at Mobile World Congress 2016 which is just 25 days ahead of us.

When it comes to hardware, Mi 5 is going to be one of the first devices to run on Snapdragon 820 (Octacore), Adreno 530 with 4 GB RAM, 16 Gb of internal storage. The phone will house a 16 MP, autofocus, OIS, dual-LED flash Rear camera with 6 MP front camera. Its all about being high end, and definitely a flagship device.

The rumour is definitely exciting for Windows 10 Mobile scenario, because not many OEM make Windows 10 devices, and with Xiaomi holding maximum percentage of user base in China, its a huge opportunity for Microsoft. Xiaomi is expected to launch Mi 5 at MWC, and there is a good chance that the company may come with multiple variant.
