Today at CES 2016, Samsung launched a notebook, an ultrabook, and a 2-in-1 convertible. All the three devices are feature packed, and super light. What is impressive is that Samsung actually managed to make an Ultrabook which weighs less than 1.5 kg, and the notebook weighs less than 1 kg (around 840 g), When it comes to the tablet, the WiFi version weighs 693 grams while LTE is of 696 grams. Don’t go by their thickness, they are not just thin, and light but also very powerful. Let’s look at the announcements they made today:
Samsung Notebook 9 – 15 inch
The Samsung Notebook 9 – 15 inch is the lightest Ultrabook ever made. It’s powered by Intel’s 6th-generation Skylake-U Core i5 or Core i7 CPU, 15″ with a resolution of 1920×108, and has Intel HD520 graphics (Why Samsung?) and so much more. Samsung claims that it will last throughout the day, and if you ever run out of juice, the in-built rapid charge system can give two hours of power in just 20-minutes.

Samsung Notebook 9-13 inch
Just like its bigger brother, it is very light and weighs around 840 g. It uses the same Intel 6th-generation Skylake-U Core i5 or Core i7 CPU with Intel HD520 graphics. It has slightly less battery power ( 4000 mAh vs 5120 mAh) compared to its bigger brother but Samsung says it can still deliver a day backup. Rapid charge system is also available for it.

Samsung Galaxy TabPro S
It’s a premium 2-in-1 tablet from Samsung. The WiFi variant weighs only 693 g, and the LTE variant weighs 696 g. It’s thin looks very similar to Microsoft Surface . It features a 12-inch Super AMOLED display, and has a full-sized keyboard cover. Powered by 6th Gen Intel Core M processor, the tablet houses a 4 GB RAM. Samsung claims it to offer 10.5 hours of battery life, and can be fully charged in 2.5 hours, thanks to fast charging. Another noticeable change is that its not “ATIV” anymore.
