SBI Quick Enables “MISSED CALL BANKING” on Windows 10 Mobile / Windows Phone
One of the apps that State Bank of India launched in July but hasn’t really got any attention. A couple of you asked for it also gives us a hint to its low discovery. Named SBI Quick, using this app, consumers will be able to use the “MISSED CALL BANKING” feature. This allows you to avail services like Balance Enquiry, Mini Statement, Blocking of ATM Card and Car and Home Loan Enquiry for SB/CA/Overdraft/Cash-credit/Loan accounts.

So what is the app doing when everything is just a miss call away? The app basically lets you register a mobile number with your mobile number and even change it when you want for miss call banking. In case you have multiple accounts with the same number, you can switch between them for this feature using the app.
The service is currently free of charge from the Bank for the first three seconds, where the call lets you know about your mini-statement or balance. If you wish to go ahead, there are IVR options. There is also the option to use SMS, but they are charged as per standard tariff.
This is useful for two reasons, one you don’t have to figure out the bank support no, and second, you are sure that the call came from the bank and nowhere else.
