Set 500px Images as Lock Screen on Windows Phone

500px is one excellent source for high resolution images and wallpapers shared by its users. Recently we had covered about My 500px app for Windows Phone which allows users to set wallpapers from 500px. Here is another tool, 480px, which can get you stunning images from 500px. The app is not a new one, but has now been updated to support Windows Phone 8 along with support for lock screen.

Once you have installed the app, you can login to 500px using your account and view your friends photos, your photos, or your favorites. You can like or comment any photos as well. The app also provides options to use them as lockscreen sources, pin them to the Start screen, or add them to the main panorama view in the app.

You can browse by photographer and see their images EXIF information, view counts, ratings and comments and also browse by different categories under which images are uploaded. Another good feature of the app is that you can filter not safe for work or nude images from the settings.
