Microsoft recently launched this feature where in India, a job seeker can get his Aaadhar validated over Skype, and with this real time code, everyone can save a lot of time, and one can test candidates coding abilities right away.

That said, the feature is yet to make it to the desktop, and anybody who wants to try it out, need to use the Skype Web. You will need to use either Microsoft Edge or Chrome. It will not work on Safari.

You can send this link to the person who has to be interviewed. Once inside, the candidate can change the language, and start writing code as instructed. If you want others to see this interview, you can share this link with anybody, and he can watch this as a video.
