Tata Sky Get Their “mSales” App on Windows Phone for Distributors & Dealers

Tata Sky, one of the leading DTH providers in India has launched mSales Windows Phone App. It’s a brilliant tool for the Distributors and Dealers of TataSky to help them quickly find info of a subscriber or recharge their account or manage their subscribers anytime they want.

List of things that can be done:

• Find customer Information for those who don’t have access to internet.
• EVD transfer
• Customer Recharge which is mostly cash based.
• Register a new account for customers who bought a new tata sky connection.
• Multiple TV account registration is also possible.
• Check activation status.

In case you are not able to connect to internet, you can switch to SMS mode which allows you to get the work done over SMS.

A simple note to TATA Sky subscribers that this app is not for you so please don’t try to login with your mobile id.
