Toshiba Launches Encore WT8, 8inch Windows 8.1 Tablet in India

Toshiba has launched their Windows 8.1 tablet, the Encore WT8 in India. The tablet is powered by Intel Atom Processor Z3735G and features an 8 inch display. The display has a resolution of 1280×800 and comes with 10-point multi-touch. It has a 5-megapixel auto focus rear camera and a 1.2-megapixel front-facing camera. There is also 1GB RAM and 32GB on board storage which is expandable. The tablet is claimed to offer up to 10 hours of battery life for general usage and up to 8 hours of video playback.
