Love T3xt1ng l0k3 th1r ? Windows Phone has an app for that
If you remember the days of SMS Packs which used to get you unlimited text and you used all the possible way to shorten it, make it look cute and impossible for your parents to understand what it means–T3XT K1NG–is here to make it all easy for you on Windows Phone.
Those who aren’t aware these languages or slangs have a name too and they are funny in their own way–lolcat, Leet, Pig Latnin, Leet Light–you name it and it’s there. The best part is that it’s available in weirdest format like Germanic Ludings.
How it works:
Developed by Metro Kings, the app comes with a pretty and simple interface. You have a text area where you can type all you can think and your text translates into a slang with one tap depending on the translator chosen. The next obvious step is to use it and the app lets you directly post it over social network, new SMS and email.

If you wish to switch to any other translator, the app has three pre-installed–Lolcat, Leet Light and Reverse–with preview of how a default text when translated looks like.
In-App Purchases:
While the app is free, if you have craving for more translators, you need to spend some real money. Good thing about the IAPs is that they are not over priced. You get around 6 to 8 translators if you spend around 1.29$ or so. Here is the list :
- Faux Cyrillic
- Leet Medium
- Leet Extreme
- Reverse Per Word
- Flip
- Flip and Reverse
- Infaltionary english
- -izzle
- Tutnese
- Okki Languages and so on.
The Reverse Translator:
If you have tons of kind friends who send you out text messages like these and give you a nice hard time to decipher it, you can always use the reverse translator to find out what they meant and reply so.
I am sure kids are just going to love this app but everybody should have this in their arsenal if you get hit.
