TrippD — Record Moments of Your Trips on Windows Phone
When Nokia showcased their Story Teller App for Lumia phones, It reminded of an app which does a similar job — record moments of your trip and then get back to it once done and see places you been to. While the app doesn’t got any closer to the Nokia’s app but it does a pretty decent app.

How it works:
Every time you start a trip, you create new one and then keep on adding pictures, notes, places, videos and pictures. That basically helps you noting down everything you do while you are on a trip.
What is impressive it that it uses your location to mark every activity, which I mentioned above, on a map and represent them icons so its easy to identify them. Each of these icons can be tapped to see the info. So if its a note, you get to see them in a message box and if its a picture, it launches them with information. These pictures can be share instantly over Facebook.
Once the trip is complete you can end it and it gets into the archive. These archives can be exported to skydrive as backup. The export will save your pictures and notes but for some odd reasons it does not save your videos.

Suggestions:
Keeping in mind the Nokia Story Teller app, in this app there is no way to see images, videos on maps chronologically. If there can be a similar feature included which lets you swipe through all the events like a slide show with maps on and off, it will be easy for end-user to share the complete trip to anybody. Also, there needs to be an import feature too which allows one to recollect all the data when he or she switches the phone.
There is one small annoyance when using this app. Once you start a trip, there is no way to access the archived trips unless you mark it as complete and there is no way to start a trip which you accidentally closed. There should be an option given this and to merge a trip with a new one of one is accidentally closed.
Download:
The app costs 1.99$ and its worth the price if you actually go and record all your trips. However with upcoming apps the app should lower down it’s priced, bump up their design and include more features in the app to get focus.
