Trouserheart : Fight to get Your Pants Back
If you having a bad day, Trouserheart is definitely going to make you smile but because this Windows Phone Game most ridiculous Game Motive but also is one of the best games developed by The 10 Tons.
Welcome to Trouserheart–An Arcade RPG Style game where you fight demons, and what not to find your stolen trousers. That said, here is my game review :
Story Line
The story is quiet simple. Its about a King Trouserheart who loved his leather trouser more than anything and one sad day, it was stolen by a mischievous blockold while he was sleeping on his throne.
So now you as a player need to re-claim it by fighting monsters, slay bosses. The game has loads of treasure to collect which you ultimately spend on upgrading your sword, shield and armor until you get back the trousers.

Game Play:
When the game starts, it looks fairly simple. Hack & Slash the monsters and pave your way forward. Every time you put down a monster you get life and coins. So when I played on the initial levels, the game was impressing me because it wasn’t tough at all. What really changed when you move into next level and the monsters become smarter and hard to predict as they change every time you get killed.

That said, the game AI is smart enough to give random enemies and paths to turn it into a difficult game. You really need to calculate and understand how they are behaving and act quickly before the game mode change again.

When it comes to game controls, you have a D-Pad on left to move around and a attack control on right which fires up the sword to kill the monsters. The controls are super smooth and responsive for you to act fast. How much fast depends on fast you can flick your fingers.
Below is the Official Game Play of the video:
Graphics / Design / Audio
The game is built using the Unity Technology and its probably one of the few games using it. Worry now because the game is well done when it comes to performance or graphics. Though Arcade sounds like low quality for some but the game definitely is not. Its an almost 3D game which delivers rich user experience.
The game has a mild music in the background which doesn’t annoy much becomes monotonous after sometime. Though it matches up with the theme of the game, I had to lower it down. What I really like is the sound of each of the characters and sound chosen for each action. They keep the game real.
Value for Money:
Trouserheart is a Casual Action RPG game which will keep you busy for hours. Though my first impression of the game was “Why Pay 1.99 USD” but then it changed as I progressed through the levels. Its gets tougher, though manageable, and gives you a sense that the game is smart, specially with AI changing things on every level.
