Try Out MS-DOS Mobile App on your Windows Phone Now

While it’s the worst day for Tech Journalist to write even a true story, Microsoft has played one of its best cards on April Fools day. They have just announced MS-DOS Mobile, which just works on your Lumia or any Windows Phone. Want to try it out? There is a so-called Technical Preview available which will take you back a century at least!!!  Check out the video below:

Jokes apart, at least the App is not a prank. It is, in fact, very well done if you try it out. You have apps like camera, contacts, email, internet, maps, market, phone, review, search, and SMS that will launch the native app on your Windows Phone. If you miss graphics a lot, you can use the swipe experience on the phone.

The app lets you try most of the DOS commands, including Format, but stay assured your phone won’t get a reset.

Last Year, Microsoft played well with a 41 MP camera in a feature phone, which some of us took seriously, but I guess this time we were all ready. Do checkout out the app and leave your review!!
