Video Review : Awesomenauts for Xbox 360
Aweomenauts of one those Arcade game for Xbox 360 which will bring the good old memory of video games you played as kid, something like Contera but a lot smoother, entertaining with characters who have Jetpacks, wonder bullets, running bull and can nuke.
Story Line :
The game lives in a 2D cartoon age, year 3587, with intergalactic Heroes fighting a wa in a remote part of galaxy against the Robo Armies for a valuable metal called as Solar which is drilled down from core of Planets and Asteroids. The odd is you will be fighting the same set of heroes and need to destroy the solar drill used to find the solar metal.

Overall Game play is pretty cool and entertaining but what will matter here is how tactical you are to use them correctly making use of the correct time and the right power of the characters. For example, the Sheriff character can unleash a bull which can push behind all the opponents on the way and you can keep firing both on them and the turrets that block the path. This gives you extra time to hit them, and in case, any of your opponent is dead, he will have time to come back and support when the bull is gone.
Every new game starts with a load drop, where the load is one of the characters you choose which reminds of the how the Battleship Aliens landed on Earth. Once you are on the surface, you need to run towards the solar drill but need to fight the turrets and the characters of the other side. Once you destroy the drill, you win.
Every character has its unique power set which you need to keep upgrading from the coins you collect. This brings the Shopping Center which gets you upgrade and health. So anytime you are low on health, you can teleport yourself back to center and get all the health back.
Now for advanced players you need to learn the weakness of the character to defeat it, even if they are at the highest level of upgrades if you know the weakness you can send him back.
The game comes with multiplayer support, which makes things exciting, and doesn’t let you get bored as you can plan your strategy. Most of the maps are of two levels. These levels are displayed in a small map so you pin point the location of your team mates, enemies. It also sends out alerts when any of your turrets is under attack. Based on that you can choose to go up or down and defend it.

I found Awesomenauts worth the money both for new and advanced players if you have the hook for Arcade game. As the game mixes Multi-player, Strategy, Power upgrades and 6 different character to play with, it will take you bit long time to get bored of it.
