Video : Windows Phone App for Xbox Live Indie Games ( XBLIG Companion App )
If you had always find it difficult to find Xbox Live Indie Games, here is a companion app in development which needs a bit of testing before making a final debut. This App as of now pulls data from the Xbox Feeds and Create.MSDN sources for tags like rating etc which is then displayed to you in nicely polished mango app.
If you are willing to test, you need an unlocked phone to install it. Download it by sending a request in the forum and then you can post your suggestion in the same place.

- New Games, Recently Updated Games, Games by Genre and Rating
- Featured Games
- Search
- Push Notification
What I would love to see :
- Live Tile Integration which can show latest game or new game or feature gamed depending on what user configures.
- Pin individual games or Add Favorites Feature where one can add some games to his or her hotlist
- Display Prices and Push Notification when Price Drop occurs which is exactly where this hotlist will be useful.
- Game Ratings if applicable.
- Find games by developer
- If possible download to Xbox option
Microsoft should come with Xbox Companion App for Windows Phone
The biggest advantage of this app is finding games will be easier. Instead of using Xbox or my Computer, I will search here, check the stats and stores and then later open it on Xbox or just visit the Xbox marketplace and download to my console.
What Microsoft now learn from this approach is bring an Xbox Companion app which allows me to find games and also let me download games directly from the phone like we do it online. I would have even loved if I can manage my storage space from WP or can turn it on so download can start right now.
