Video : Xiaomi Mi4 Running Windows Phone

A couple of days ago, Microsoft and Xiaomi announced about their experiment of running Windows Phone / Windows 10 Technical Preview on Mi 4 smartphone of the company, which was given to only selected power users to get a proper feedback. The project seems to have gone live and here is a quick video of the product running he upcoming os from Microsoft.

Microsoft wants to make a huge presence in China, and Xiaomi being Apple of China, can give a huge boost to the Windows Phone user base. Microsoft must have got the drivers ready by working close to Xiaomi for this to work smoothly as shown in he video.  If the experiment becomes a success, it can even open doors to India a well as the Chinese Giant is very popular in Indian market and can get a lot better specs, when compared to the Lumia series, specially on low range.
