Vine for Windows Phone is Here

Back in July, when Nokia announced the Lumia 1020, it was mentioned that Vine will be coming soon to Windows Phone platform. 4 months after the announcement, Vine for Windows Phone is here and you can now download it from the Windows Phone store. Vine is one of the most anticipated apps for Windows Phone along with Instagram, which is scheduled for release later.

Similar to the iOS and Android apps, users need to tap and hold the screen to take a shot, releasing only when they want to finish the project or pause when they want to cut it. Once the video is complete, you can post to Vine, Twitter and also Facebook from the sharing options.

Vine for Windows Phone also has options like camera tools, grid and ghost. You can also use the front camera on the phone to capture a video of yourself. You can use the explore option to view popular posts, browse through channels, or see what’s trending, and discover which of your friends are already on Vine with Find People.

Unique to Windows Phone, users can pin your favorite Vine accounts to the homescreen, and use Pivots to easily switch between your apps.

You can download the app from the Windows Phone store and start creating your Vine videos.
