Wellograph, the company behind the good looking Watch built to just track your wellness, quietly rolled in a Windows Phone app almost 3 weeks back. The app displays your recent activity, hear rate, and seession details where you can see the ups and downs.
That said, this watch is designed specifically for those who want have an awesome watch on their wrist, and track their activities all day. The stats are displayed on a sapphire crystal screen. The watch stays connected with the app through Bluetooth on your Windows Phone.
Looking at the comments, they recently rolled out an update as well which fixed an issue which was causing apps to crash. That’s a good sign, as it will attract more users towards the platform, as they wont miss the app.
