WhatsApp Call Feature Now Available for Windows Phone Users

WhatsApp has finally rolled out it’s voice calling feature for Windows Phone users, completing its circle for the mobile ecosystem. The company has been testing it from sometime ironing out the bugs, and its all done.

Here is the list of full change log in it’s recent update:

  • WhatsApp Calling: Call your friends and family using WhatsApp for free, even if they’re in another country.
  • WhatsApp calls use your phone’s Internet connection rather than your cellular plan’s voice minutes. Data charges may apply.
  • Available on Windows Phone 8+.
  • You can now send audio files (available on Windows Phone 8.1+)
  • Notifications for calls and chats are show separately on top left.

The phone will need data plan for you to use it, and its very handy when you are over WIFI and want to save call charges, specially for International calls.So folks the wait is finally over, you can now call and receive calls from any of the Android and non android users.
