Windows 10 Mobile Minimum Hardware Specs Released Along with Chipsets getting Windows 10 Upgrade

Windows 10 Mobile is still months to get into RTM release, Microsoft has unveiled its minimum hardware requirement that OEM must meet to make it. Surprisingly, the specs are still on the lower side.

  • 512 MB RAM  or higer
  • WVGA (800 x 480) or higher
  • Front Facing Camera is Optional
  • Bluetooth is Optional.
  • Accelerometer, Magnetometer, Ambient light, Proximity, Gyroscope sensors are optional.
  • Qualcomm SOC Supported are MSM8994, MSM8992, MSM8952, MSM8909, MSM8208
  • Intel SOC supported is SoFIA LTE
