Windows 10 Mobile Upgrade Advisor will Tell if your Windows Phone is Eligible for an Upgrade

Similar to Windows 10 PC, Microsoft is expected to roll out an Upgrade Advisor for Windows 10 Mobile, which will tell if an upgrade is available for your device and if it’s eligible for an upgrade. It is possible that devices from other OEMs like HTC 8X or some carrier-based device might not get an upgrade at all.

This app sounds like version 2 of an upgrade advisor that sometimes appeared back, and helped clean up primary storage by moving songs, podcasts, pictures, and videos to your SD card.,  songs, podcasts, pictures and videos to OneDrive or deleting songs, podcasts, pictures and videos from your phone.
