Windows 10 Mobiles will get the Creators Update after PCs, confirms Microsoft

Microsoft in a short statement to Softpedia confirms that the Windows 10 Creators Update for Mobile will come after Windows 10 Creators Update for PCs. There is nothing new in this, and it shouldn’t come to a surprise as the Anniversary Update 1 came to Mobiles two weeks after the launch on PCs.

Microsoft spokesperson told Softpedia that –

The initial update will be for desktop, but other versions will be available thereafter.

As we have been reporting, Creators Update is in the final stage of its bug fixing and performance improvements. All the features have been implemented already, except one or two, which might have got cancelled or will come in the future updates. If you’re an insider and have been testing the builds on the fast ring, your PC will have almost all the new features that are coming with the Creators Update.

Creators Update is not a small update and Microsoft, along with the insiders have been working really hard for this update. This new update for Windows has a lot to offer for everyone, be it an artist, a creator, or a gamer, you will not be disappointed.

Some of the new features coming to Creators Update:

  • Changes in Action Center.
  • Custom Accent Colors.
  • Groove Music Maker.
  • Improvements in Edge and more.

The new OS update is about to bring a lot of new features to both PCs and Mobiles and the company has been working hard to keep the devices in sync, but as we all know the update will be coming in waves, and not at once for everyone.

The Creators Update for PCs is scheduled to launch in April, and if everything goes on time, then hopefully we will have the mobile version by the end of April or maybe by the first or second week of May. No final dates have been announced yet.
