Windows Phone Game : Boxes for Christmas
Christmas is just four days to go and Christmas Theme based games have started rolling out to keep your mood up. Today we have Boxes for Christmas which is makeover of the popular classic Tetris game which you must have played as a kid or even now on your computer.
Boxes for Christmas brings in sweet yet impressive Christmas theme to the game where not only you have a background with Christmas Tree but the blocks are also coated with green grass and styled with laces and bells.
The game is easy to play all you need is to create lines using the shapes and making them fit nicely. You can swipe up to change the orientation, swipe down to quickly bring it down. Swipe left and right to change direction so it is easy for you place where you want. You can even hold and drag the blocks if you wish.
The audio enhancements are pretty cool which brings all the Christmas sound like Jingle Bells and other smaller tunes. You even have bonus balls which can clear up lines for you. Keep a watch on it. Only thing which I am kind of missing is the preview of the next block which is not yet implemented.
The only drawback which I see is lack of touch sensitiveness while dragging. It needs more responsiveness and also some way to give a preview of where my block is going to fit in.
